12.1.2  Records  of  English  proficiency  test  score

12.1.3  Two  letters  of  recommendation
 

2.  Plan  B:

12.2.1  Transcript

12.2.2  Records  of  English  proficiency  test  score

12.2.3  Interview  in  English
